What is PVC Mouldboard Panel?

Mouldboard Panel Assembling：

The template assembly should be assembled into a whole in strict accordance with the size of the template layout. When the template is assembled on site, the joints between the adjacent boards should be well controlled, and a clip should be added at the joint of the two boards to prevent slurry leakage. After the assembly is completed, use The steel wire binds the formwork and the vertical steel pipe firmly to maintain the integrity of the formwork.

The accuracy requirements for assembly are as follows:

1. The seam between the two templates is ≤1;

2. The height difference between adjacent templates is ≤1;

3. Template flatness ≤2;

4. The size deviation of the template plane is ±3.

When the bottom or top concrete is poured and has a certain strength (≥ 1.2MPa), that is, when it is pressed by hand, it is not soft and there is no trace, and then the person can start the axis casting measurement. According to the position of the axis, the dimension line of the section position of the wall column and the control line of the formwork 500 are released to facilitate the installation and correction of the beam formwork. When the concrete is poured and the formwork is removed, start to measure the 500mm elevation control line of the floor, and direct the control line at the bottom of the slab to the top according to the 500mm line. First, measure the control line of the main axis of the building according to the floor axis measurement hole, and take the control line as the starting point to draw out each axis, and pop out the inner line, side line and outer control line of the template with ink lines according to the axis and the construction drawing. The first three lines must be in place to facilitate template installation and alignment.

Mouldboard Formwork Removal: 

1. When the formwork is removed, the sequence and method of removing the formwork should be carried out according to the design regulations of the formwork. When there are no regulations in the design, the order of dismantling the first support and then dismantling the rear support first, dismantling the non-load-bearing plate first and then dismantling the load-bearing formwork, should be removed from top to bottom.

2. When the concrete strength meets the design requirements, the bottom formwork and support can be removed.

3. When the strength of the concrete can ensure that its surface and edges and corners are not damaged, the side formwork can be removed.

4. The distance between the bracket poles of the quick release bracket system should not be greater than 2m. When removing the formwork, the vertical pole should be retained and the supporting floor should be supported.
