The injection molding production cycle of plastic hollow board is as follows:

Closed mold, high pressure and low speed mold clamping, an injection seat forward, a melt injection, a holding pressure, and a mold melt cooling (at the same time during this process, there is also a plasticizing screw that moves backward with the injection seat, and the screw rotates to plasticize the raw material). The molding melt is cooled and solidified, and the mold is opened (the product is ejected at the same time) and the mold is closed (the next cycle of injection product production begins).

The raw materials for plastic hollow plates are fed into the barrel of the injection molding machine by the hopper, and the rotating screw pushes the raw materials forward. At the same time, the raw material receiver is heated outside the barrel. Because the raw materials are heated and heated in the barrel, they are also compressed due to the gradual reduction of the thread volume on the screw, and the non-stop rotation of the screw thread causes the friction between the forward material and the friction between the material and the barrel. Conditional action, so that the raw material is gradually plasticized into a molten state while being pushed forward. The molten material to the front end of the screw generates the reverse screw thread pushing force due to the resistance of the nozzle. As the screw advances the amount of molten material forward, the resulting molten material pushing force also gradually increases. When it is greater than the thrust and frictional resistance of the cylinder piston to the screw (this resistance is the back pressure of the screw), the screw starts to retreat and at the same time starts the metering of the hopper. The distance of the screw retreat is determined by the injection material volume of the injection molded product at one time, and controlled by the stroke limit switch adjusted before production. After the backward screw meets the travel switch, it stops rotating and retreats to complete a pre-plasticized raw material program.

After the preserving pressure and cooling setting reach the preset time, the solid forming of the product is completed. The injection seat is pulled back by the piston of the oil cylinder, and the second pre-plasticization of the screw is started, the forming mold is opened, the product is ejected from the mold cavity, and the entire injection process of the plastic hollow plate is completed.

After the mold clamping part completes the clamping action, the injection seat is pushed forward by the cylinder piston until the nozzle is close to the bushing port; then the injection cylinder piston pushes the screw forward quickly, according to the pressure and flow rate required for the melt to enter the molding mold , Inject the melt into the cavity of the forming mold. In order to prevent the molten material from filling the mold cavity and replenish the molten material shrinkage before cooling and solidifying, the nozzle that completes the injection is still close to the bushing mouth and maintains a certain pressure. This process is called Holding pressure, cooling and shaping.
