Layer pads are used inside cases to divide layers of stacked products such as cans, bottles and other rigid packaging.The layer pad stabilises the products and disperses weight evenly to ensure they remain free from damage during transit. The top layer pad also offers additional product protection when cases are being cut open.
Layer pads are available in a range of corrugated cardboard and are designed to provide the required amount of strength to meet the physical requirements of your supply chain.
Q1: What kind of pp corrugated sheets do you have?
A: We have common, virgin material, recycled material, anti-static, conductive, flame-retardant and corona treated pp corrugated sheets and so on.
Q2: Samples is available?
A: If Samples in A4 size, it is free fro us but the freight is in the receiver's account. If sampling as customer's drawing or original samples, we have to charge you the sample fee, but it will be deducted from the amount of goods once place the order in the future.
Q3: How can I get the quotation sheet?
A: To work out the best price, pls kindly inform us the size(Length x Width x Thickness), Gram per Square Meter, Material Requirement, Application and more details. Once confirmed, official quotation sheet will be sent immediately.
Q4: How long will you deliver the goods?
A: We shall arrange the productions for your order ASAP once order confirmed. It takes us about 7 days for the productions and at the same time the vessel will be booked for your goods in advance before ready.
