Coroplast Layer Pads is made from polypropylene corrugated sheet with four sides and corners sealed or welded. It is widely applied in the beverage industry as a divider sheet for moving glass bottles, beverage and food containers,which greatly improve stacking efficiency and save packaging cost.

Factors need to be considered when choosing Coroplast Layer Pads
1. Material. 100% virgin sheets are much higher than ones using recycled materials. Some producers sometimes
use recycled materials to cut the price
2. Density. The higher the density , the stronger the sheets will be. In your cases of 700kgs/pallet, three pallets a
stack, 1000g/m2 will be strong enough. The lower density will be out of shape after times of use while the higher density will be more high in price. Density available: 850-3500g/m2
3. Size: depends on the number of bottles placed on. Popular size 1000*1200mm, 1100*1100mm, 1420*1100mm
4. Thickness. Popular thickness: 3mm, 4mm, in extreme cases, 10mm 12mm are also available.
5. Color. Choose a color that suit your bottles or cans. Blue and green are most common.
