Description of Plastic Protective Tree Guards:

1.Smooth & flared top lipping to prevent stem abrasion and strengthen the tube.

2.Pre-fitted releasable nylon tie round a reinforced strip. One tie fitted to a 60cm height shelter and two ties on all other.

3.Line of weakness along weld line to assist tree in breaking free from guard.

4.Manufactured from recycled plastics and can be recycled at end of life by Agri.cycle.

5.Strong, open mesh structure gives protection from browsing mammals without altering microclimate around tree.

Plastic Protective Tree Guards mesh rolls are a recycled plastic mesh with a 12mm square mesh hole size, supplied on a 50m roll. TREEGUARD mesh rolls are suitable for tree protection by guarding the tree against rabbits, hare, muntjac, deer and many other animals that browse. The mesh can be cut to the required size on site and are therefore ideal where access is to site is limited meaning that pre-formed tubes cannot be used due to transport logistical issues.
