Architectural formwork is classified according to the type of structure. Various cast-in-place reinforced concrete structural members, due to their different shapes, sizes, and structures, have different formwork and assembly methods to form their own characteristics. According to the type of structure, the template is divided into basic template, column template, beam template, floor template, stair template, wall template, shell template, chimney template and so on.
1. On-site assembled and disassembled formwork The formwork assembled on site according to the structural shape, size and space position required by the design at the construction site. When the concrete reaches the strength of demoulding, the formwork is removed. On-site assembly and disassembly formwork often uses fixed formwork and tool support.
2. Fixed template Template for making prefabricated components. According to the shape and size of the component, the template is made on site or in the prefabrication plant. All kinds of tire molds, soil tire molds, brick tire molds and concrete tire molds, belong to the fixed formwork.
3. Mobile formwork With the pouring of concrete, the formwork can move in the vertical or horizontal direction and is called the mobile formwork. Such as chimneys, water towers, wall pillars used in concrete pouring, sliding formwork, lifting formwork, and horizontally movable formwork used in concrete pouring of cylinder shells.
