On-site Test Process
In this professional test, workers repeatedly and heavily hit the board surface, corners and cut edges with an industrial hammer. Ordinary low-density foam boards will crack, break, and delaminate under similar impacts. However, our Celuka PVC foam boards remained intact after continuous heavy beatings. No chipping, peeling, cracking, or internal delamination. Only minor surface indentations appear, demonstrating excellent structural toughness and impact resistance.
