But Celuka boards present a trade-off. Because the surface is dense and non-porous, UV ink adhesion requires higher-quality inks and careful surface preparation. A buyer who orders Celuka boards expecting them to print the same way as free foam boards may be disappointed.
The cost of this mismatch is not in the sheet price. It is in the re-work, the rejected prints, and the lost productivity.

For buyers who want to reduce total project cost, not just sheet price, the approach must change. Here are practical steps:
