PVC foam plastic formwork looks like PVC foam board, but its manufacturing process is very different. Both they are extruded by production lines, but the heating mould and extruded equipment is different. The PVC foam formwok surface and sides foam is much harder than PVC foam board, this makes it can use as formwork and PVC foam board only can use in advertising and furniturer field. The other difference between PVC formwork and PVC foam board is the raw materials different, PVC formwork usually use recycled PVC powder and mixed with additives, PVC foam board ususally use virgin materials with calium powder to make, because the PVC formwork ususally use outdoor and the PVC foam board use mainly indoor.
PP hollow plastic formwork is another kind of plastic formwork, it is made of PP powder, also use one time used high quality recycled PP powder. This formwork hollow structure makes it lighter and easy to move. It comes from the PP corrugated sheets. This PP hollow formwork usually in thicker thickness and high weight, PP corrugated sheet mainly use in printing and signs, usually very ligher and easy being broken.
PVC formwork and PP hollow formwork is bacoming more and more popular in the construction fields in the near future.
