Specification for the use of plastic formwork
1.Scope of use:
Plastic formwork is very suitable for horizontal formwork of high-rise buildings, shear walls, vertical wall panels, dam, tunnel and bridge formwork, etc.
2.Sawing formwork:
The plastic formwork is suitable for any saw blade, hand saw, chainsaw, etc. Can be cut into any irregular geometric shape by chainsaw without any burr.
3.Formwork laying standards:
Square timber immediately adjacent to the formwork, laid lengthwise. The board seam should be as narrow as possible, and the board should be flat between the boards. Self-adhesive tape for board seams.
（1）Top mold：First on the scaffold horizontal laying wood square spacing of about 1.2m, and then longitudinal laying wood square, the spacing does not exceed 200-300mm, the thickness of the poured more than 200mm, the spacing should be adjusted appropriately small.（2）Wall mold：Square timber shall be laid longitudinally behind the formwork with a spacing of 150-200mm. Then lay two square timbers horizontally for connection, reserve the position of through wall screws, erect diagonal braces, and horizontally connect the steel ridge to form a large wall formwork, which can be directly hoisted or replaced with a single formwork.
（3）Beam and column mold：Cut the formwork according to the size, leave the top through the wall bolt position, the column mold available scaffolding four side locking, set up a good diagonal brace.
