It is made of high quality recycled polypropylene granules.It is suitable for realizing concrete columns, pillars, walls, plinths, and foundations directly on site. 1.Save labor and time

The surface of our plastic formwork is flat and smooth, the formwork splicing is tight and flat, and the surface degree and finish of the concrete structure after demoulding exceeds the technical requirements of the existing clear water formwork, which does not require secondary plastering and saves labor and materials.

Average weight 8.3kg/square meter ,make the work easily installation quickly ,save labor cost and shorten the period of project .

Concrete non-stick mold surface, no need for release agent, easy to demould and easy to clean ash.

High mechanical strength, no shrinkage, no wet swelling, no cracking, no deformation, dimensional stability, alkali-resistant and anti-corrosion, flame retardant and waterproof, rodent and insect resistant under -20℃ to +60℃ temperature conditions.

5.High strength, hardness and impact resistance

Small check design increase the strength , hardness and impact of resistance ,reduce the weight.Shore Hardness(HD) is 70 .Impact strength:Lateral pressure is 41.5KJ/m2, Vertical pressure is 85KJ/m2.

Plastic formwork can be reused about 30 times, and the thermal expansion and contraction fraction is low, comparable to that of wooden template.

Waste formwork and trimmings can all be recycled, no waste pollution emission.

15mm plastic formwork 150 yuan / pc (recycling 35 yuan / pc, the actual 115 yuan / pc) available 30 times, each time the cost needs 3.83 yuan.

14mm wooden formwork 60 yuan / pc (non-recyclable), can be used 6-8 times, each time the cost of 8.57 yuan.
