Precautions for using:
1.Roof or slab: The spacing between mold ribs should not exceed 20-25cm.
2.Column & Shear wall: The spacing between mold ribs should not exceed 10*15cm.
3.Shear wall: horizontal screw spacing <=50cm, vertical screw spacing <=45cm.
4.When nail the formwork, the spacing between the edge and nailing point is 15cm to 30cm. 5.The height of the nail usually in 40-50mm.

Sample policy:
1.Sample size: 150*100mm, sample free, shipping fees need to be prepaid or using buyer’s ecpress account for arrival pay. Usually 68 USD for 1-2 Pieces.
2.Sample size: if bigger than 150*100mm, sample will be charged according to the size and shipping fees also accrodingly.

Roof plastic formwork support: The distance between the sub-corrugations is determined according to the thickness of the plate. Under normal construction conditions, the distance between the sub-corrugations (center distance) for floors less than 150 thick is 350 to 400 mm; the distance between sub corrugations for floors with a thickness of 150 to 250 (center distance) is 300 mm . Compared with the normal use of bamboo plywood formwork, the spacing of the secondary corrugations is increased by 50mm, and the flatness deviation of the concrete surface is smaller, which truly achieves the effect of fair-faced concrete.

Shear wall plastic formwork support: Take the wall height of 2800 and the wall thickness of 300 as an example, using a 12mm formwork, the vertical secondary rib spacing (center distance) is 250mm; using a 15mm formwork, the vertical secondary corrugation spacing (center distance) is 300mm . Compared with the normal use of bamboo plywood formwork, the spacing of the second corrugations and the flatness deviation of the concrete surface are basically the same, but the concrete surface is smooth and clean, achieving the effect of fair-faced concrete, and the appearance quality is better. The plastic formwork of the same thickness, in a certain unit and under a certain load, has less deformation and greater rigidity, and the surface flatness after concrete pouring and formwork removal is better than that of bamboo plywood formwork. Under the action of large load, such as shear wall formwork, the formwork bearing capacity is large, and it is necessary to reduce the spacing of the secondary corrugations or increase the thickness of the plastic formwork, which can meet the construction technical requirements of the formwork when the concrete lateral pressure is large.
