The specifications of the rigid PVC crust foam board produced are 1 220 mm × 2 440 mm, and the product thickness is 8-32 mm.

2. Raw material requirements

Resin: Type 8 resin is generally used for PVC. The gelation speed is fast during processing, the processing temperature is relatively low, the product quality is stable, and the density is easy to control. In recent years, many PVC foam board equipment manufacturers have switched to Type 5 resin.

Stabilizer: The choice of stabilizer, considering environmental protection and good effect, is the first choice for rare earth stabilizer, but because of its relatively high price, it has not been popularized. In the future, with the increase of environmental protection requirements, the market of rare earth stabilizer will usher in a bright prospect . Calcium-zinc stabilizers have the problem of zinc burning and the stabilization effect is slightly worse and the dosage is less. At present, lead salt stabilizers are the most widely used. Because of the wide cross-section of the mold, long flow channels and high heat generation due to the decomposition of yellow foam, the stabilizer requires high lead content and good stabilization effect, otherwise the products are prone to various problems. .

Foaming agent: The selection of foaming agent, foaming agent AC releases a lot of heat during the decomposition process, which will easily cause yellowing in the middle of the section, which requires a certain amount of white foaming agent, and the decomposition can absorb excess heat. , it is required that the foaming agent has a large mesh number in order to achieve uniform foaming without large cells.

Pigment: In order to achieve a more beautiful effect, titanium dioxide and fluorescent whitening agent can be added, and antioxidants and ultraviolet absorbers can be added to improve weather resistance.
