• Thickness: Up to 22mm (7/8”).
• Density: 0.7g/cm^3 ± 2% (standard), 0.6~0.9g/cm^3,± 2% (can be customized).
• Color: Blue-Grey(original), other colors can be customized.
• The most popular sizes are the same as plywood formwork: Widths and lengths of 1220mm (48”), 2440 (96”), with nominal thicknesses of 12mm (1/2”)/15mm (5/8”)/18mm (3/4”). Other sizes can be customized.

High Impact Strength:
PVC Plastic Formwork has much better strength than wood/plywood formwork. This is another important aspect allowing it to be reused 50+ times.
PS: Shore hardness around 75D is the best for PVC Plastic Formwork. It is wrong that the higher hardness the better. Don’t be mislead!
