1. Is this PVC foam board?

A: No. It looks like PVC foam baord or even same production methods with PVC foam baord, but its formular and usages is definately different from PVC foam board, this is special use for construction builing.

2. It must be white color？

A: Of course not, color is not the key point for building construction, it made into white color because of the heat absorption problem, white can effectively avoid board deformation and warping under high temperature operation.

3. What is the biggest difference compared with plywood formwork.

A: Materials different, this is PVC palstic and reuse times can reach 50+ on average and suitable for high floors building more.

4. What is the difference compared with PP hollow formwork?

A: 1. The materials are different. The solid is made of PVC and the hollow is made of PP.

2. Same size, different weight. For example, 2440 * 1220 * 18mm, PVC solid is about 37kg, and PP hollow is about 28.3kg

3. Prices are different. In terms of weight price, PP hollow is higher than PVC, because the local price of PP plastic is higher than PVC. You can compare the price with the above weight.

4. In terms of rigidity, PVC solid is better than PP hollow. In other words, PVC stiffness is better and it is not easy to bend.

5. In terms of toughness, PP hollow is better than PVC solid, because PP polypropylene has natural flexibility, is not easy to break, but is easy to bend.

6. With the same size and weight per unit area, PP is lighter than PVC, which saves labor in construction. However, hollow holes are very easy to grout, which makes the formwork heavier and harder to clean and maintain. On the contrary, PVC is relatively heavy and the construction process is relatively laborious, but the solid structure is easy to clean and maintain.
