Non-deformable Plastic Building Formwork

The non-deformable plastic building formwork is the latest product launched by our factory. After dozens of tests and experiments, it finally came out. The white appearance makes it avoid absorbing more ultraviolet rays, and the construction is beautiful. The strength and toughness have also been significantly improved compared with before. At present, it is widely used in roof panels, wall panels, square columns and beams.
Difference with troditional PVC Foam Board:
Our PVC white building formwork looks no different from ordinary PVC foam boards, but in fact these are two completely different products:
1. The formula is different: the main components of PVC foam board are PVC resin powder and calcium powder. Our PVC formwork is a combination of plastic steel raw materials and more than 10 different additives.
2. Different uses: PVC foam boards are mainly used in advertising, cabinets, carvings, etc. PVC formwork is mainly used in construction, cast-in-place concrete, etc.
3. Different density: The density of PVC foam board is generally around 0.4-0.5, while our PVC building formwork is generally around 0.7 or even higher.
4. Different toughness and strength: PVC foam board has poor strength and is easy to break. The PVC template has high light weight, strong bearing capacity, good toughness, and is not allowed to break.
Last but not the least: This is not PVC foam board, PVC foam board cannot be used as construction formwork.
