Product Features:

1. Light weight: more suitable for high-rise buildings and bridge construction.

2. Large format: the maximum format is 2440×1220mm, which reduces the number of seams and improves the working efficiency of mold support.

4. Easy to demould, only 1/7 of the steel mold.

5. Make fair-faced concrete: the surface of the poured object is smooth and beautiful, minus the secondary plastering process of the wall, it can be directly veneered for decoration, reducing the construction period by 30%.

Use:

1. Top formwork: First, lay the wooden squares horizontally on the scaffolding with a spacing of about 1.2m, and then lay the wooden squares vertically with a spacing of 0.4-0.6m; when the thickness of the poured plaster exceeds 200mm, the spacing should be appropriately adjusted.

2. Wall formwork: The formwork is firstly laid with three wooden squares vertically, and then two wooden squares are laid horizontally to connect, leaving the position of the screw through the wall and erecting the diagonal braces. It can be connected with steel corrugated horizontally to form a combined large wall formwork, or can be directly hoisted, which is easy to remove and replace a single formwork.

3. Beam and column formwork: Cut the formwork according to the size, and leave the position of the bolt through the wall.
