Cast Acrylic Sheet, also known as PMMA or organic glass, is derived from acrylic (acrylic plastic) in English. Its chemical name is polymethyl methacrylate.
It is an important plasticity polymer material which has been developed earlier. It has good transparency, chemical stability and weather resistance, easy dyeing, easy processing and beautiful appearance. It is widely used in the construction industry. The products of plexiglass can be divided into casting board, Extrusion board and moulding plastic.
Application of Cast Acrylic Sheet:

The commonly seen acrylic products are acrylic products which are assembled from raw materials such as acrylic granules, sheets or resins by various processing methods and with various materials and functional parts. As for acrylic fibers, acrylic cotton, acrylic yarn and acrylic nylon, which are commonly heard, they refer to synthetic fibers made from acrylic acid polymerization and are not related to acrylic products.

Tolerance requirements of extrusion plate: tolerance = < 3 mm thickness: +10%> 3 mm thickness: +5%.
