Different building templates vary according to different fields

Different building templates appear to be different according to different fields. Building templates are a very important building material. In the modern building field, they are arranged in one of the four major building blocks (personnel, commercial mixed, steel, and template wood). As the application fields of building templates become more and more extensive, different building templates also appear to be different according to their application fields.

For example, in the main construction of real estate buildings, the industry is mainly divided into column molds and slab molds. The building template manufacturers have also made professional analysis and use design research and development according to various high-rise structures.

1. Floor construction template board (slab mold) is recommended to use a whole multi-layer board, and multi-layer building templates of various thicknesses can be selected according to the number of floors. The slab mold can be topped by three sets of templates.

2. The construction template used for the beam and column (column template) should adopt high-quality building template. Because the cross-section of beams and columns change a lot, it needs to be cut, and the speed of mold removal is fast, so the turnover times are higher than the turnover times of flat molds ( For example, the structure of 33 floors + basement can choose 14.5 phenolic rubber sheet, and the pillar mould can choose two sets of templates to top the main body).

3. The shear wall mold can be assembled into a large template with clean water-coated building template and then dismantled as a whole, or the entire building template can be used to make a large template. Generally, the building templates used in the same type of high-rise buildings should be as uniform as possible to ensure a higher turnover rate of the building templates.

For multi-layer cast-in-place structures, the upper building formwork and bracket must be supported on the lower floor. Three points should be noted at this time:

1. The lower floor slab should have sufficient load-bearing capacity, and brackets should be added when necessary; 2. The columns of the upper and lower brackets should be basically aligned; 3. The slabs should be laid under the columns of the brackets. During construction, the requirements for laying pads are not only applicable to floors, but also applicable to building formwork columns installed on the ground.

The method to prevent the joints of the building formwork from leaking grout. The leaking of the building formwork will cause the honeycomb pockmarked surface of the concrete appearance and directly affect the concrete quality. Therefore, no matter what material is used to make the building template, its joints should be tight and not leaking. When using wooden building formwork, the joints of the wooden building formwork should not be too tight because the wood absorbs water. The joints should not be too tight. After installation, it should be watered and moistened to close the joints of the planks. It is enough to be wet when watering, and there should be no accumulation of water in the building template.
