What measures are needed to protect building formwork?
1. The building template should meet the self-stabilization angle required by the regional conditions when storing the building template. The two building templates should be stored in a plate-to-board storage method. The building template should be stored for a long time and the building template should be replaced as a whole. Stored on the construction floor, there must be reliable anti-dumping measures, and must not be placed along the outer wall and stored perpendicular to the outer wall. Building templates that are not supported by the building template manufacturer or have insufficient self-stabilizing angles should be stored on a dedicated stacking rack, or stacked flat, and must not lean on other building templates or objects to prevent slipping and falling.
2. Before lifting the building formwork, check whether the hoisting ropes, fixtures and the hoisting rings on each building formwork are complete and effective, and all temporary supports should be removed first, and the lifting can only be done after inspection. Before lifting the building formwork, the position of the crane should be adjusted appropriately to ensure that it rises and falls stably and accurately. It is forbidden to move the building formwork by manpower to prevent the building formwork from swinging greatly or knocking down other building forms. ?
3. The building template can be transported as a whole with a trailer, or it can be detached and stacked horizontally by a trailer. When the building template is stacked, the skids must be aligned up and down, tied firmly, and transported with a trailer. People are strictly prohibited on the vehicle.
4. Fences should be set up around the disassembly and assembly area of the building template, and obvious signs should be hung to prohibit non-operating personnel from entering. When assembling the building formwork, the adjacent building formwork should be connected with clamps or turnbuckles in time to prevent it from falling.
5. When the cast-in-place structure is installed as a building template, the cantilever must be fixed, and the position can be adjusted accurately before the hook can be removed. After the building template is installed, the pins and bolts must be worn immediately. The operator who installs the building formwork must wear a safety belt.
