PVC Plastic Concrete Formwork can be re-used ≥50times with different system, and even ≥100times in popular European metal frame system. It means: 1piece of PVC formwork ≥ 5 or 10 piece of plywood/wood formwork.
02 . Same sizes and applications as plywood/wood, need to change previous structure
PVC plastic formwork has same sizes and applications with plywood/wood formwork, but much better performance. You can deal with PVC plastic formwork by the same way as plywood. So, if using this new formwork, you won't need to change previous formwork system structure.
03. Smooth surface, no need release agent, easy to clean, promising stable project quality.
PVC plastic formwork is easy to clean and easy to demould by hands, no need to spay release agent before application. We adopt mirror surface technology, so our PVC plastic formwork has smooth surface, doesn't stick much concrete.
Even after re-using for 50times or even 100 times, the surface is still smooth. The demoulded wall surface is glossy, no need secondary plastering. Therefore, can promise project quality to be same superior from 1st floor to top floor.
04. Good impact strength and shore hardness
Our PVC plastic formwork has good impact strength. Its shore hardness is over 85, much higher than required standard. It can hold different concrete stypes, almost available for any application, such as commercial, residential, bridge, tunnel, etc. Resistance to hit and fall off, so it is safe from damage during construction.
05. Good tenacity and bending strength
PVC plastic formwork has high impact strength and bending strength, which is much better than the plywood formwork, wood formwork and steel/aluminum formwork. Even in winter, our PVC plaster formwork will not be crisp. Don't worry about the breaking during construction.
