Look: first of all, acrylic board and PS board are different in glossiness, especially domestic PS board, for example, transparent board, acrylic board is better than PS board in glossiness and transparency, and the color of the finished product is more bright; while PS board is generally transparent, there will be pockmarks when reflecting light, which is brittle and easy to crack;
Touch: acrylic plate, especially the casting level, has a smoother surface and better hand feel; in addition, the casting plate is generally thicker, while PS plate is generally thinner than acrylic plate due to the extrusion production mode;
Burning: no matter the acrylic plate is cast or extruded, it will not emit black smoke when burning. The light blue flame casting plate will emit squeaking sound (atomic structure) when burning. After extruding the acrylic plate for burning, it can lead out the silk; while the PS plate will produce a lot of black smoke when burning.
