Surface treatment: degreasing, dedusting, cleaning and drying.
Dilution ratio:
Oil: diluent = 1:2~2.5
Viscosity of spraying: 10 + 1s (NK-2 cups).
Drying conditions: contact drying room temperature/10 min dry room temperature/24 H65 C/30 min.
Performance testing: 24 hours after spraying.
Notes: PVC foam board paint should be fully stirred before use. Diluted paint should be used immediately. Undiluted paint is better in half a year.
The spraying space needs to be dry and ventilated, and the compressed air is water-free and oil-free.
