1. The beam side formwork adopts the wooden square as the inner corrugation spacing of about 330mm, the wooden square as the outer corrugation spacing of 500mm, and uses recyclable M12 ordinary wall bolts to reinforce the horizontal spacing of 500mm, and the vertical spacing is the middle one. The beam formwork adopts 18mm plywood panel as the panel, and the beam bottom is arranged horizontally with 60×80mm square wood with a spacing of 300mm. The longitudinal support is φ48×3.5 steel pipe. The fastener-type steel pipe scaffolding is used as the support system. The horizontal distance between the scaffold beams is 1.2m, the distance between the vertical poles on both sides of the beam is 0.7m, the other longitudinal distance is 1.5m, and the step distance is 1.5m.
2. The floor formwork adopts 60mm×80mm wooden square as the bottom support, the center spacing is 300mm, and the fastener type steel pipe scaffolding is used as the support system. The connection between the horizontal bar supporting the wooden square and the vertical bar requires the use of double fasteners.
3. For the wall formwork, the vertical inner corrugation adopts 60×80 wooden squares with a spacing of 300 mm (starting at 200 mm, the above 400 mm spacing, and the rest spacing 600 mm), and the horizontal outer corrugation is 80×100 with a wooden square spacing of 500 mm. The reinforcement is made by punching holes on the back corrugated and knotting the through-wall bolts with a horizontal spacing of 600 mm and a vertical spacing of 500 mm.
4. The column formwork is made of 18mm bamboo plywood formwork and assembled at the construction site in the woodworking workshop. The vertical inner corrugation is made of 60×80 wood square@250 or so, and the column hoop is made of round steel pipe 48×3.5. The column section is in the B direction or the column section H direction. The spacing is 200 to 350, and it is reinforced with recyclable M12 ordinary through-wall bolts, and steel pipe supports are added around. The corners of the column are blocked with wooden slats to find and repair sponge strips to ensure that the corners are straight and beautiful. Oblique support, starting at 150mm, every 1500mm, using two-way steel pipe symmetrical oblique reinforcement (at 45° as far as possible), and using pull-through lines between columns for inspection and acceptance.
