Corrugated boxes are generally designed according to the inner diameter. Since the inner diameter size is relatively easy to determine, it is realized and determined by physical measurement or by the outer diameter of a combined set and a reasonable arrangement. However, in actual operation, whether it is the calculation of the freight rate or the volume in the box surface mark, the outer diameter size shall prevail. Therefore, in the design of the corrugated box, not only the manufacturing size is determined according to the inner diameter size, but also the outer diameter size is calculated according to the manufacturing size.
Of course, the outer diameter of the carton can also be determined according to the inner diameter of the tray or the container, so that the length, width and height of the carton are adapted to the transportation tool, mechanized transportation is realized, and transportation efficiency is improved. Since the stacking method of corrugated boxes is different, the vertical projected area of the stacked objects should be adapted to the tray size. If the size of the box that can be calculated step by step from the inside to the outside is basically the same as the size of the box calculated from the outside to the inside, the optimized corrugated box size can be obtained. Of course, the best design should be carried out step by step from the outside to the inside.
