01
Excellent Heat Resistance
PP has a high melting point of approximately 160-170°C and can withstand temperatures above 100°C without deforming. It is the only common plastic suitable for microwave heating .
02
High Chemical Stability
PP is highly resistant to acids, alkalis, oils, and alcohols. It does not easily react with food components or dissolve harmful substances, making it highly safe for food and medical packaging.
03
Safety Without Plasticizers
The flexibility of PP is achieved through its molecular structure and copolymerization process. It does not require the addition of plasticizers , fundamentally eliminating the risk of plasticizer migration.
04
Superior Dimensional Stability
PP boxes have excellent shape retention and are not prone to deformation. They maintain good rigidity and structural integrity even under varying environmental conditions.
